Lillypilly Living ships Australia-wide. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — check our website for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations in the future.
