We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order with Lillypilly Living, please review the following policy.
Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or call +61 8 7543 7430 with your order number. We aim to process orders quickly, so please contact us promptly.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item under our Refund Policy once you receive it.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
Custom or Personalised Orders
Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about customisation.
