At Lillypilly Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call us on +61 8 7543 7430. Include your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs at no extra charge to you.
Australian Consumer Law
Our refund policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify the application of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
